About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth, including advancement into management and other roles. Drivers deliver orders within a designated area and may also perform general store team-member duties, such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers by telephone and in person.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make rapid, accurate movements and enter orders using a keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and infrequently climbing stairs or a ladder.
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Unload and move product deliveries using a hand truck, and carry or move supplies and trays as needed.
• Perform other outside tasks, including removing trash.
