Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company delivery-operation standards.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use GPS and delivery management systems for navigation.
• Physical ability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weights.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products on assigned routes in Springfield and surrounding areas.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely, efficient service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Handle packages carefully so products arrive in excellent condition.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch and management.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining professionalism.
