About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to serve customers in the designated delivery area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to advance into management or other roles. In addition to deliveries, team members perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses in the delivery area.
• Must have two years of driver's license history and a clean background.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and take and process orders by telephone and in writing.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform precise, rapid hand and eye movements and distinguish hot from cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, and occasionally climb stairs or a ladder.
• Ability to lift and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds, carry supplies and trays, and push or pull trays on a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses, including in adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move product deliveries using a hand truck; lift and carry supplies and ingredients.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
