About The Position

Domino’s is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to safely deliver orders and provide friendly, professional service. Drivers also assist with store operations between deliveries. Pay includes $11.00 per hour while working inside the store, $5.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries, tips averaging approximately $8–$10 per hour, and daily mileage compensation. Combined earnings may reach $25 or more per hour; actual tips vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors.

This is an active role involving driving and delivering orders to homes, businesses, apartments, and other locations, as well as helping with in-store tasks. Drivers must be able to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours. The position offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and potential opportunities to learn, grow, and advance into management. This position is offered by an independent franchisee, which is responsible for employment decisions and would be the employee’s employer.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
