About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership position at a Domino’s franchise store. The role works alongside the team while directing assigned shifts, maintaining standards, solving problems, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. The position combines customer service, food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and daily operations with responsibility for shift and team performance. Previous management experience is helpful but not always required; training is available for a dependable candidate with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to lead. The position supports day-to-day store operations, helps coach and train team members, manages workflow and priorities, and assists the management team. It requires working scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs. Starting pay is $12.25 per hour, with the starting rate potentially varying based on experience, availability, and qualifications. Advancement and increased responsibility are available, including potential progression into Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond. This active role involves extended periods of standing and walking in a fast-paced restaurant environment; bending, reaching, crouching, and moving throughout the store; frequent hand use; and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as needed. The employee may work around hot ovens and food preparation equipment and experience temperature changes between work areas and the walk-in cooler. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The position is with a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is solely responsible for employment decisions and practices. If hired, the independent franchisee—not Domino’s corporate entities—will be the employer.
