About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers for Domino’s. Drivers provide friendly customer service, uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, maintain cleanliness and food safety, prepare products, support inventory activities, and deliver orders within a designated area. This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or be able to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Have strong communication and basic math skills.
• Have a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
