About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver pizzas and provide friendly, prompt customer service. Drivers represent the brand and are expected to communicate enthusiastically with customers, maintain a positive personality, be punctual, act with a sense of urgency, and maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The position may suit a main job, supplemental job, or someone seeking flexible scheduling; the posting describes both part-time and full-time schedules. In addition to deliveries, team members may handle telephone orders, inventory and stocking, paperwork, and other store tasks. The role involves working independently and with coworkers, following quality standards, and completing physical tasks such as standing for most of a shift, carrying products, and occasionally using stairs or bending and crouching.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate the delivery area.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Must be able to lift and/or stack product ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to perform the listed physical activities, including standing for most of the shift and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas promptly to customers within the designated delivery area.
Communicate enthusiastically with customers and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
Navigate to addresses using maps and travel across varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Perform repetitive tasks independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, and coordinate with coworkers and customers.
Take inventory, move and stock ingredients and supplies, and complete associated paperwork.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Handle money and provide correct change.
Perform store tasks that may involve preparing pizza dough, using a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.
Unload bulk product deliveries and lift or stack ingredients and supplies as needed.
