Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent customer-service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route-planning tools.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and deliver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Resilience and adaptability in varying weather and traffic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products throughout the O'Fallon area and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to improve productivity and minimize delivery times.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company with a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer concerns proactively with dispatch.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
• Organize and load delivery items carefully to prevent damage during transport.
• Build positive customer relationships and handle inquiries or complaints empathetically and professionally.
