About The Position
Delivery Drivers are described as ambassadors of Domino’s Pizza, delivering orders from the oven to customers’ doors. Drivers receive cash daily from earned tips and mileage reimbursement, in addition to a base hourly wage of $17.00. The role may offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and is presented as an opportunity to learn about delivery operations, customer service, and product preparation, with potential for advancement into the Management Development Program. The position requires safe delivery using an insured vehicle and the ability to find addresses and navigate varied terrain.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery; valid car registration, insurance, and inspection in the applicant’s name.
- Valid U.S. employment authorization allowing work in the United States.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
- Friendly attitude and ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Organization, time-management efficiency, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to follow company policies and work as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and an outstanding attitude toward customer service.
- Vehicle must pass regular safety inspections.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders to customers within the designated delivery area.
- Read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain.
- Respond to customer concerns.
- Work cooperatively with the team and follow Team Sharma Domino’s policies.
- Answer all store calls after the first ring.
