About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Pekin location at 1810 Court St. The driver delivers products to customers in the Pekin area, providing friendly, professional service and representing the organization positively. The role requires safe and efficient driving, accurate order and delivery handling, communication with dispatch, and adherence to traffic laws and company policies. Drivers should be organized, customer-focused, punctual, and able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as business demands.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations.
Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic smartphone technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules.
Physical ability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizes.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for customer service.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as business demands.
Valid proof of vehicle insurance and current vehicle registration.
