About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products within a designated area using their own vehicles. Drivers can choose flexible short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Drivers typically average over $20 per hour through wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. Tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. Mileage reimbursement is adjustable to help cover fuel and other vehicle-related expenses. Drivers must provide safe, efficient delivery and excellent customer service, and may also distribute flyers or door hangers. The role uses delivery technology intended to make deliveries faster and safer. Promotional opportunities include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager. The posting is for a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is solely responsible for employment decisions and practices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to perform the physical duties described, including walking, carrying, climbing stairs, driving, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver products within the designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Carry pizzas and beverages between the store, delivery vehicle, and customers’ locations, including navigating stairs and other terrain.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow directives and quality control standards.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills.
• Distribute flyers or door hangers when required.
• Perform in-store tasks as needed, including bending, reaching, stocking ingredients, cleaning, answering phones, and handling pizza-making tools and supplies.
