About The Position

Aaron’s Delivery Drivers help ensure positive customer experiences in a fast-paced, store-based role. They drive company vehicles and deliver, install, move, and pick up merchandise, while demonstrating how customers can use their products. Drivers work both inside and outside the store, support day-to-day operations, and interact with customers in the community. The posted pay range is $18.75 to $19.75 per hour. Benefits vary based on full-time and part-time employment status.

Requirements

• Solid communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Desire to make a positive difference for customers.
• At least 21 years of age for positions in the United States, or at least 18 years of age in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory driving record.
• Must be able to obtain DOT certification if required at the position’s location in the United States.
• Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
• Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.

Nice To Haves

• Experience moving household furnishings and appliances.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
• Unload and install merchandise, and demonstrate products to customers.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Support the team with day-to-day store operations and connect with customers in the community.
• Uphold the Aaron’s brand and protect company assets.
