About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver customer orders hot, fresh, and ready to eat. Drivers are the at-home face of the company and may perform other store duties while waiting for deliveries. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow, potentially into management. Drivers must maintain the company’s Perfect Image Uniform Standards both on and off-site. The work includes driving in varying weather and terrain, interacting with customers and staff, and completing store tasks such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, and maintaining the restaurant. The position involves exposure to temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, climbing, bending, and extended use of hands.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to a clean, insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to drive safely and efficiently in adverse terrain and weather.
Ability to communicate clearly and understand and give correct written instructions.
Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
Accuracy in money handling and rapid, accurate hand-eye coordination.
Basic computer knowledge for order entry and administrative duties as needed.
Vision for long-distance and night driving, accurate depth perception, and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others, work under stress, and make professional judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand for long periods, walk on various floor types, and sit for administrative duties and online training.
Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds, carry up to 30 pounds, and climb, including potentially five or more flights of stairs.
Ability to bend, crouch, squat, reach, and use hands for extended periods to manipulate dough and use tools.
Tolerance for exposure to varying weather conditions and the listed in-store work conditions.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages by car to the customer’s requested location, safely and efficiently.
Drive to designated delivery locations as business requires and carry orders while walking or climbing as needed.
Maintain access to a clean vehicle for deliveries.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients received for daily use.
Prepare products and receive and process customer orders.
Complete inventory and associated paperwork.
Maintain a clean restaurant facility.
Complete required training and job orientation.
Communicate professionally with customers and staff in person and by phone.
Follow uniform standards and meet strict quality standards.
