About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver in Pevely. The driver delivers products to customers in assigned routes and represents the organization through professional, customer-focused service. The role involves safely operating a vehicle, planning efficient routes, accurately handling transactions and delivery records, caring for products, and communicating with dispatch. Drivers inspect their vehicle, follow traffic laws and company policies, and may work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. Full-time drivers may qualify for additional benefits after 60 days of employment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries; provide valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used.
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and digital mapping tools.
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for customer service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Knowledge of the local Pevely area is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in the Pevely area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely and efficient service.
• Greet customers professionally, provide exceptional service, and handle transactions accurately and courteously.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Handle products carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition.
• Use GPS and map applications to locate addresses efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch about delivery status, delays, or customer concerns.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Build positive customer relationships and represent the organization's brand professionally.
