About The Position

The Delivery Driver (non-CDL) transports products from origin to destination as assigned, with a primary focus on timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role includes unloading and staging products at customers’ businesses, interacting professionally with customers, and representing the Company through responsible driving and excellent customer service. The driver may occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers. The position involves travel 75% of the time, with no overnight stays for non-CDL drivers.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to occasionally lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
Ability to handle tires weighing more than approximately 50 pounds by rolling, destacking, or team lifting.
Ability to travel 75% of the time; no overnight stays for non-CDL drivers.
Ability to perform the listed physical activities and meet the specified vision requirements.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver products from origin to destination on time as assigned.
Unload cargo and stage products at customers’ places of business.
Verify outgoing and incoming products for accuracy of size, amount, and type.
Collect customer payments in forms accepted by the Company.
Ensure required delivery paperwork is available for inspection and accompanies shipments.
Represent the Company professionally in customer interactions and through responsible driving.
Maintain driver logs, fuel purchase records, mileage records, and other records required by law and Company policy.
Follow Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
Occasionally operate powered industrial vehicles, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
Provide customer service and build strong customer relationships.
