About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders within a designated delivery area. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to advance into management or other roles. Drivers deliver products by car and carry them to customers’ doors; they may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Team members perform general store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching. Deliveries and store supplies may weigh up to 50 pounds.
Far and night vision for driving; near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to addresses, including private homes, multi-story buildings, and other delivery sites, sometimes carrying products up five or more flights of stairs.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders and communicate with customers and co-workers.
