About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Louisville location at 130 Breckinridge Ln. The driver delivers products throughout the Louisville area while providing friendly, professional service and maintaining safe, efficient delivery operations. The role requires operating a vehicle, planning routes, communicating with dispatch and management, caring for products and the vehicle, and meeting delivery performance goals. Drivers must be able to perform delivery duties in various weather conditions and regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with GPS navigation and route-planning tools.
Ability to regularly lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer-service orientation.
Physical capability to perform delivery duties in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations.
Provide friendly and courteous customer service and address inquiries and concerns with empathy.
Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and promptly report maintenance issues.
Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Communicate delivery status and obstacles effectively to dispatch and management.
Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
