The driver delivers products safely and promptly throughout the community, represents the organization positively, and builds good relationships with customers. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company standards.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Professional attitude, integrity, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products along assigned routes in the Louisville area.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to support timely arrivals and excellent customer service.
• Load, unload, and handle products carefully so they arrive in good condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and customer feedback.
• Communicate professionally with customers, answer questions, and resolve issues courteously.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Organize delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the organization positively in every interaction.
• Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized.
