About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver for its Fenton, United States location at 2554 Gladiator Drive. The driver safely and efficiently delivers packages to customers while providing punctual, courteous service and representing the organization professionally. The role involves operating a delivery vehicle, planning routes, handling packages, maintaining delivery records, communicating with dispatch and management, and keeping the vehicle clean and in good working order.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating delivery vehicles or commercial trucks.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to consistently meet delivery schedules.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and delivery management software.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety compliance and basic maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and responsibly while following traffic laws and company safety protocols.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily targets and customer time windows.
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights carefully.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and confirmations.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries and other interactions.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues or damage.
• Use GPS navigation and delivery management systems to optimize routes and minimize travel time.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized and comply with company standards.
• Communicate delivery status and encountered obstacles to dispatch and management.
