About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Overland location. The driver delivers products to customers throughout the assigned area, represents the organization at customer doorsteps, and provides friendly, professional service. The role involves working independently while coordinating with dispatch and supporting efficient, safe delivery operations.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
Have at least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check that meets company standards.
Demonstrate strong time-management and organizational skills.
Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Have a customer-focused, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Be able to work independently and consistently meet delivery goals.
Have basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and take responsibility for vehicle upkeep.
Be flexible in adapting to changing routes and delivery schedules.
Have reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.
Be willing to pass a criminal background check.
Bring a positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers along assigned routes.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to provide timely and efficient service.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and special instructions.
Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the organization positively.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe and roadworthy.
Handle products carefully so they arrive in excellent condition.
Communicate with dispatch about delays, issues, or customer concerns.
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Keep the vehicle interior and cargo area clean and organized.
Build positive relationships with customers and respond professionally and empathetically to inquiries or concerns.
