About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to provide a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience while representing RPM and Domino’s brand standards. The role includes preparing products, maintaining store cleanliness and food safety, supporting inventory activities, and delivering orders within a designated area. Drivers work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive, inclusive team. This is a variable hourly, non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
