About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers and support store operations. The position offers flexible scheduling, with full-time or part-time work available, including the option to work only a day or two per week. Drivers deliver products by car to customers’ doors and distribute flyers and door hangers. They also operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and clean equipment and facilities daily. Drivers may need to work in adverse weather and navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes.

The listed pay is $17.13 per hour, plus tips and mileage. Mileage is reimbursed after each shift, and tips are paid out after the shift. Paid training and employee discounts are offered. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington law. Full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health care benefits after waiting periods; dental and vision plans are available to purchase. Eligibility for certain benefits depends on approximate hours worked per week.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
• Have a safe driving record meeting company standards, with no more than two traffic violations within the last three years.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Submit to a criminal background check.
• Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including navigating adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes.
• Use a personal phone for the Domino’s Delivery Driver app.
