About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver products to customers and help with store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule, with full-time, part-time, or limited weekly availability. Drivers may have opportunities to develop skills and advance within the organization. Compensation is $17.13 per hour, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Tips are paid after each shift, and mileage is reimbursed after every shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years.
• Must have a safe driving record meeting company standards, with no more than two traffic violations in the past three years.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must submit to a criminal background check.
• Must be able to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
• Must use a personal phone for the Domino’s Delivery Driver app.
• May need to drive and deliver in adverse weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facilities daily.
