About The Position
Domino’s is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to safely deliver fresh, quality orders and provide friendly, professional service. Between deliveries, drivers assist the store team with daily operations. Compensation includes $11.00 per hour while working inside the store, $5.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries, tips averaging approximately $8–$10 per hour and paid daily, and mileage compensation paid daily. Combined earnings may reach $25 or more per hour; actual tip earnings vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. This is an active position involving delivery by car and to customers’ doors, as well as work inside the store. Work may include standing and walking, carrying orders and supplies, navigating stairs, bending and crouching, and working in varying weather and temperature conditions. Drivers must be able to drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours. The posting notes flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities to learn, grow, and advance into management. The position is with a store owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is responsible for employment decisions, including hiring, supervision, compensation, benefits, staffing, and scheduling; if hired, the franchisee is the employee’s employer, not Domino’s.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Reliable access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude; dependable and punctual.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours.
