About The Position

Be Good Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is seeking a team-oriented Delivery Driver. Drivers primarily deliver accurate customer orders safely and on time, while also greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, washing dishes, and preparing pizzas. The role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting restaurant operations as needed.

The position pays $17.13 to $18.00 per hour, plus eligibility for tips and mileage reimbursement. Paid sick leave is provided under Washington law. Qualifying part-time and regular full-time employees are offered medical, vision, and dental benefits in accordance with the ACA and company policy.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least two years of driving history.
• Be able to multitask and manage time.
• Communicate in English verbally and in writing.
• Be able to add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
• Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be legally able to operate a motor vehicle in Washington and have a valid license and legal insurance.
• Provide a Motor Vehicle Report with no more than two infractions in the past two years.
• Have a positive attitude, be punctual and dependable, and be comfortable helping others and talking to strangers.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own vehicle to deliver customer orders.
• Greet customers with a smile.
• Use the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect payment.
• Make products consistent with Domino’s standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
• Answer phones, take orders, wash dishes, and prepare pizzas as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
