About The Position

AR Pizza, LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchisee, is hiring Delivery Drivers (also called Delivery Experts) to deliver customer orders and provide friendly, professional service. Drivers may use their own reliable vehicle or, where available, a company-provided delivery vehicle. The role also assists with in-store work, including preparing pizzas, running ovens, managing orders, answering phones, taking orders, and keeping the store clean and organized. This is a fast-paced, team-focused role. Average earnings are stated as $10–$18+ per hour, including hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement; actual earnings may vary based on shift and delivery volume. Tips and mileage reimbursement are available as daily cash, while hourly wages are paid through regular payroll. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling and evening and weekend shifts. The location offers company delivery vehicles, subject to availability. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license.
If using a personal vehicle, provide proof of current auto insurance.
If using a personal vehicle, have an acceptable driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly during shifts.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas and customer orders safely and on time.
Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the Domino’s brand during deliveries.
Assist with pizza preparation, run ovens, and help manage orders.
Answer phones and take customer orders.
