About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers customer orders safely and promptly while providing quality customer service in person and over the phone. The role also supports store operations through cross-training in food preparation, opening and closing procedures, and carryout service.

Requirements

• Ability to speak and write clearly.
• Ability to use a computer-based order entry system.
• Ability to ensure the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash or credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
• Check products for accuracy and quality standards, and deliver orders safely and on time.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections.
• Maintain Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Respond promptly to store phone lines and assist carryout customers.
• Provide quality service to internal and external customers in person and over the phone.
• Contribute to and promote a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.
