About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring a Delivery Driver to provide a friendly customer experience, uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, prepare products accurately, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and deliver orders within the designated area. The role also supports store operations, including inventory organization, restocking, and creating a positive team environment. This is a variable hourly position with competitive pay; the position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
• Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
