About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow into management or other positions. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers’ doors and may also distribute flyers and door hangers. Store team members may also operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, process telephone orders, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers and process orders by telephone and in person.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change.
• Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Must meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally navigating five or more flights of stairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to delivery addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
