About The Position

Delivery drivers deliver Domino’s products in their own vehicles and represent the brand as a key point of contact for customers. They provide professional, optimistic customer service, deliver safely and efficiently, and may participate in other store operations, including preparing products and tending ovens. Drivers receive tips daily and may earn a safe driving bonus. This is a variable-hour position, so hours may vary from week to week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a clear driving record, a dependable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count change.
• Outgoing personality and positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products safely and efficiently in a personal vehicle.
• Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service.
• Help prepare products to store standards and operate equipment inside the store, including tending the oven.
• Maintain a strong brand image and a positive customer experience.
• Develop and use organizational, inventory, time-management, multitasking, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Take ownership of resolving problems.
• Complete RPM training programs.
