About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers customer orders safely and promptly, verifies products against quality standards, collects payments and coupons, and provides customer service in person and over the phone. The role also includes promoting products and specials, maintaining the delivery vehicle and personal appearance according to company standards, and participating in cross-training for store operations.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Proof of liability insurance for the driver and vehicle.
Navigational skills to read maps and locate delivery addresses.
Ability to speak and write clearly.
Ability to use a computer-based order-entry system.

Responsibilities

Collect cash and credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
Read maps and determine directions quickly to locate delivery addresses.
Check products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver them safely and on time.
Ensure the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections.
Maintain Dominos grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Respond with urgency to store phone calls and carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
Contribute to and promote teamwork, energy, and fun.
Deliver products, flyers, and door hangers using a personal vehicle.
