About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver customers’ meals hot, fresh, and ready to eat. Drivers are the at-home face of the company and must deliver safely and efficiently to customer-requested locations. While waiting for deliveries, drivers perform various duties in the store, including preparing products, handling orders, stocking ingredients, and maintaining the restaurant. The role offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for growth, including management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to a clean, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries, and ability to maintain it.
Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to drive safely and efficiently in adverse terrain and weather, including at night and over long distances.
Ability to meet Domino’s Perfect Image Uniform Standards both on and off site.
Ability to climb five or more flights of stairs may be required.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift packages up to 50 pounds, carry up to 30 pounds, and perform climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching.
Ability to use hands for extended periods to manipulate dough and use tools.
Ability to speak and hear clearly, with near-, mid-, and long-distance vision, accurate depth perception, and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to work alone or with others, direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, and make professional judgments.
Ability to comprehend and give written instructions, perform basic math quickly and accurately, handle money accurately, and use basic computer systems for order entry and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages by car to customer-requested locations safely and efficiently.
Carry orders while walking or climbing as needed during deliveries.
Perform various in-store duties while waiting for deliveries.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from deliveries for daily use.
Prepare products and receive and process customer orders.
Complete inventory and related paperwork.
Maintain a clean restaurant facility and uphold uniform standards on and off site.
Complete required training and job orientation.
Communicate professionally with customers and staff in person and by phone.
Follow written instructions and perform basic calculations and money handling accurately.
