About The Position

Domino’s is seeking a Delivery Driver to deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within a designated delivery area. Drivers provide excellent customer service and may assist with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. Paid training includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training. The work also includes general store duties such as processing orders, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Work may involve changing temperatures, adverse weather, food-related odors and dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical tasks include standing, walking, sitting, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling items, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have 3 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years.
Must not have had any drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last 5 years.
Must have access to an insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition for deliveries, or ask about available company vehicles.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard or touch screen, operate store equipment, and perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
Must be able to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication, and have the vision and physical abilities needed for the listed work tasks.
Must be able to lift and handle supplies, including cases weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform required standing, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, reaching, and hand tasks.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers within the designated delivery area safely, securely, and on time.
Navigate to delivery addresses, including through adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and private homes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy taking deliveries.
Take and process orders, including telephone orders, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, and receive deliveries.
Operate store equipment and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Complete paid training and take an active role in learning and development.
