About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Driver for its Kirkwood location. The driver safely and efficiently delivers customer orders while providing professional customer service and ensuring deliveries arrive on time and in excellent condition. The role involves operating a delivery vehicle, planning routes, handling packages and transactions, maintaining delivery records, completing vehicle inspections, and meeting delivery targets.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption.
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights to designated locations.
• Obtain customer signatures and handle payment transactions as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking information in real time.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service, address inquiries, and resolve delivery concerns.
• Use GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accurately.
• Follow time management protocols to meet daily delivery targets.
• Report vehicle damage, accidents, and safety hazards to management immediately.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized.
