About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager for its Kirkwood location. The Assistant Manager helps oversee daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role includes supporting the Store Manager and performing hands-on food preparation and delivery operations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and recommend ways to improve store performance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for customers and employees.
• Participate in food preparation and delivery operations as needed.
