About The Position

Domino’s is seeking qualified delivery drivers to staff its stores. This role delivers products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area and may involve several deliveries per shift. Drivers also deliver flyers and door hangers. The position includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions, and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by telephone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination and the ability to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the listed physical activities, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping or bending, crouching or squatting, reaching, and hand-eye tasks.
• Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including potentially navigating five or more flights of stairs.
• Far and night vision for driving; near and mid-range vision and depth perception for in-store work; ability to hear and talk on the telephone and distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
• Use navigational skills to locate addresses and travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to take and process orders.
• Make accurate monetary change and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
