About The Position

Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, a Guardian Pharmacy, is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver for its Eugene, Oregon route. The role supports long-term care facilities throughout Oregon and into Washington by helping ensure medications are verified, delivered accurately, and arrive on time. It involves staging and checking deliveries, learning pharmacy software and processes, driving a company vehicle, picking up returns, and completing required documentation. Drivers represent the pharmacy in customer interactions and must maintain patient confidentiality. The schedule is Monday through Friday, beginning at 3:00 PM and continuing until deliveries are complete, approximately six hours per shift. A company vehicle is provided. Pay is $17 per hour. The position requires driving in all weather conditions.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old for company vehicle insurance.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy software.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to balance accuracy with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

Verify and stage deliveries before they leave the pharmacy.
Learn and use pharmacy software and delivery processes.
Check orders for accuracy and completeness.
Plan efficient delivery routes and manage time effectively.
Deliver medications to facilities throughout the Eugene area using a company vehicle.
Pick up returns and complete required documentation.
Maintain patient confidentiality.
Represent the pharmacy professionally and courteously with customers.
