About The Position

Managed Healthcare Pharmacy, a Guardian Pharmacy, is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver for its Eugene, Oregon route. The role supports long-term care facilities in Oregon and Washington by helping ensure medications reach customers accurately and on time. The driver stages and verifies deliveries, learns pharmacy systems and delivery processes, delivers medications to facilities using a company vehicle, picks up returns, and completes required documentation. The position requires balancing accuracy with timely delivery, maintaining patient confidentiality, and representing the pharmacy professionally in customer interactions. Drivers must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 3:00 PM and continuing until deliveries are complete, approximately six hours per shift. Pay is $17 per hour, and a company vehicle is provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old because of company vehicle insurance requirements.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy software.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Verify and stage deliveries before they leave the pharmacy.
Learn and use pharmacy software and delivery processes.
Check orders for accuracy and completeness.
Plan efficient delivery routes and manage time effectively.
Deliver medications to facilities throughout the Eugene area using a company vehicle.
Pick up returns and complete required documentation.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Represent the pharmacy professionally and courteously with customers.
