About The Position
As a Delivery Driver, you will deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area while following traffic laws and company safety standards. You will use maps and navigation applications to complete assigned routes efficiently, navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain, and maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork. The role also supports in-store operations. Duties may include operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products to company specifications, receiving telephone orders, and maintaining clean work areas and equipment. You will communicate with customers and team members, process orders in person and over the phone, provide professional customer service and service recovery, and follow written instructions. Administrative duties include processing monetary transactions, calculating change, entering orders using keyboards or touch screens, and documenting deliveries and transactions accurately.
Requirements
- Comply with traffic laws and company safety standards while operating a delivery vehicle.
- Use maps and navigation applications to navigate delivery routes.
- Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and team members.
- Follow written instructions correctly.
- Accurately process transactions, calculate change, perform basic mathematical calculations, and enter orders using keyboards or touch screens.
Responsibilities

- Receive and process telephone orders when required.
- Clean designated work areas and equipment daily.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members verbally and in writing.
- Process orders accurately over the phone and in person, and provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed.
- Comprehend and follow written instructions.
- Process monetary transactions accurately, including calculating change.
- Perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division accurately.
- Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens.
- Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions.
