About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its Chapel Hill, North Carolina location. Drivers deliver hot, fresh orders to customers and provide a friendly, positive customer experience. Total compensation is reported to average $15–$20 per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and mileage reimbursement, with annual total compensation potential of $30,000–$40,000. Drivers take their tips home at the end of each shift. The role also includes in-store customer service and support when not making deliveries. Flexible scheduling is offered, and eligible employees may receive health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Requirements

• Have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year, excluding time with a permit.
• Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
• Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Have a strong sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Bring the energy and hustle needed for a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver customer orders in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly, positive customer service.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
