About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Delivery Experts to deliver products within a designated delivery area. Drivers use their own vehicles and receive adjustable mileage reimbursement for fuel and other auto-related expenses. Drivers typically average over $20 per hour through wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement; tips and mileage reimbursement are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid every other Friday. The position offers flexible scheduling, with short or long shifts and part-time or full-time hours available. Drivers use delivery technology intended to support safe and efficient deliveries. Promotional opportunities may include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have at least one year of verifiable driving history.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must have good navigational skills and be able to read and follow maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Must be able to meet the described physical and sensory demands, including walking, carrying, climbing, driving, bending, reaching, handling tools and ingredients, and using vision and hearing for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver products within the designated delivery area, potentially making several deliveries per shift.
• Carry pizzas and beverages between the store, vehicle, and customer locations; walk and climb, potentially navigating five or more flights of stairs.
• Use maps and navigational skills to locate addresses and follow delivery directions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow directives and quality-control standards.
• Perform repetitive tasks and work independently as well as with others.
• Perform in-store tasks as needed, including bending, reaching, stocking, cleaning, assembling pizzas and boxes, handling tools, and answering phones.
