About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers products to customers and provides customer service over the phone and in person. The role also supports store operations through cross-training in food preparation, opening and closing procedures, and carryout service. Drivers use their personal vehicle to deliver products and promotional materials.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Proof of liability insurance for the driver and their vehicle.
Navigational skills to read maps and locate delivery addresses.
Ability to speak and write clearly.
Ability to use a computer-based order-entry system.

Responsibilities

Collect cash or credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
Read maps, determine directions, and locate delivery addresses.
Check products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver orders safely and promptly.
Ensure the delivery vehicle passes mechanical and visual inspections.
Meet Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
Respond promptly to store phone lines and assist carryout customers.
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers by phone and in person.
Use a computer-based order-entry system and communicate clearly in speech and writing.
Contribute to and promote a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.
Deliver flyers and door hangers using a personal vehicle.
