About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at 110 Banks Dr. in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Drivers deliver orders in the local area and provide friendly customer service, while also assisting with store operations when they are not on the road. Compensation includes $8.00 per hour while in the store and $5.00 per hour while on the road, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Drivers are reported to average $15.00–$20.00 per hour in total and may earn $30,000–$40,000 annually. The posting estimates tips of about $3 per delivery, with approximately three deliveries per hour. Tips can be taken home nightly. Requirements

Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year, excluding time spent with a permit.
Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in the past two years.
Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
Have a good sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
Be reliable, work well as a team player, and bring the energy needed for a fast-paced environment.
Be able to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Provide friendly, positive customer service.
Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
