About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift, deliver flyers and door hangers, and bring pizzas and beverages from the vehicle to customers’ locations. The role also includes general store team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential advancement into management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers in person and by phone.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, and navigating stairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to customer addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Carry pizzas and beverages between the delivery vehicle and customer locations, including on stairs when necessary.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
