About The Position

The Delivery Driver is expected to provide polite, courteous, and knowledgeable service to phone and carryout customers, demonstrate the company’s customer WOW steps, and follow its delivery and workplace standards. Drivers must carry $1 in coin change for every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order, without exception. They may not carry more than $20 while working, including personal money, or carry a pocket knife or other weapon. Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and present a positive image. Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from deliveries, must complete the Safe Delivery CBT, and must repeat each order for accuracy while confirming the customer’s name and address.
