About The Position
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering orders while following Domino’s customer-service, cash-handling, safety, and vehicle standards. Drivers must have $1 in coin change for every delivery, say “Let me get your change” on every order, and carry no more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money. They must not carry a pocket knife or other weapon while working. Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and present a positive image. Drivers must not be routed early or checked in early from deliveries, and every driver must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. Every order must be repeated for accuracy, with the customer’s name and address confirmed. The description also lists general store expectations: answer phone calls and assist carryout customers politely and knowledgeably; maintain the required image; demonstrate the customer WOW steps (apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra); and follow product-preparation and handwashing procedures. Pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order, regardless of the amount ordered, and pizzas must not be cleared before they are ready to go into the oven.
