About The Position

Domino's is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver orders and support store operations. Drivers must meet age, licensing, driving-record, vehicle-access, and insurance requirements. The role includes customer service and order processing, food preparation, stocking, inventory, cleaning, and other general team-member duties. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position pays $20.00 per hour, plus tips and mileage. Advancement opportunities may include management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Have held a driver's license for at least 365 days.
• Have access to an insured vehicle suitable for deliveries and be listed as an insured driver on its insurance policy.
• Possess customer-service and navigation skills, including the ability to read a map and locate addresses.
• Be able to communicate verbally and comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
• Be able to process orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
• Be able to perform the stated physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, and occasionally climbing, stooping, or crouching.
• Be able to work with others or alone, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
• Provide customer service and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Operate store equipment and prepare products.
• Stock ingredients and supplies in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Unload and move product deliveries using a hand truck and other work aids.
