About The Position

Lovern Logistics is hiring part-time Delivery Drivers to deliver packages and ensure orders reach customers on time. A company vehicle is provided, and no CDL is required. Shifts are 8–10 hours per day, available 2–3 days per week. Pay starts at $23.25 per hour and is paid weekly. The role includes paid training, paid time off, paid overtime, and bonus and incentive plans based on route delivery and driving performance. Immediate openings are available. Requirements

At least 21 years of age.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Available to work weekends and holidays.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to handle driving in inclement weather conditions.
Able to climb stairs, reach overhead, and squat, bend, or kneel during an 8–10-hour shift.
No CDL required.

Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.
Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
Drive and work in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
Load and unload packages for delivery.
Deliver packages to customers' doors on time and provide positive customer service.
Lift packages up to 50 pounds.
Get in and out of the van and walk up and down stairs during the shift.
Demonstrate attention to detail and solve problems independently using critical thinking skills.
Work with a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
