About The Position

AnewHealth is a pharmacy care management company specializing in care for people with complex, chronic needs. The Delivery Associate works along the conveyor to handle incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently and supports receiving activities. The role processes patient orders, organizes outgoing orders for carriers, and communicates with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues. The position requires embodying AnewHealth’s Core Values.

This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The employee must also be available outside normal business hours on an ad hoc basis to meet customer expectations. Schedules may be adjusted to accommodate the position and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to use a pallet jack and scissor lift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to use multiple software programs to fulfill medication orders.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Passion for helping people and enriching their lives.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pharmacy for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle medications, operate equipment, and use computer systems.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during production activities.
• Visual acuity to accurately read prescription labels, reports, and computer screens.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing patient orders through the sorter.
• Process outgoing patient orders at the manual manifest station.
• Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of outgoing patient orders.
• Receive incoming shipments from various carriers.
• Organize daily outgoing orders for the appropriate carriers.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
