About The Position

The third shift pharmacist provides clinical and dispensing pharmacy services to patients receiving care in Randolph Hospital’s inpatient and outpatient care areas during overnight hours. The pharmacist performs all functions in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accrediting agency requirements, hospital policies, and pharmacy practice standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Hold and maintain a current license to practice pharmacy in North Carolina.

Nice To Haves

• PharmD degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in inpatient and outpatient care areas during overnight hours.
• Provide dispensing pharmacy services to patients in inpatient and outpatient care areas during overnight hours.
• Perform pharmacy functions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, accrediting agency requirements, hospital policies, and pharmacy practice standards.
